    • F2.2 Are proper pest control measures in place on the premises?
      • Observation(s): NEW INFRACTION: At the time of inspection it was noted that the stock room should be maintained in a way that minimizes rodent harbourage/sheltering. Stock should be maintained so that as many items as possible are not directly stored on the floor and are placed so that pest control technician can place traps etc. behind stock along stock room walls. Moving stock and items often discourages pest harbourage. All dropped foods in the stock room should be cleaned up (e.g. in stock delivery area). All debris in stock room should be removed to help reduce rodent harbourage/sheltering. NOTE: It was reported that the pest control company has been capturing mice in their monitoring traps in the stock room. NOTE: On the retail floor, the space under the retail gondolas/shelving should be maintained free of food debris to discourage rodent harbourage.
      • F2.2A The premises must be maintained to prevent harbouring (sheltering) or breeding of pests.
