     • A QUAT sanitizer bottle has a concentration of 100 ppm.Please ensure the QUAT sanitizer is maintained at a minimum concentration of 200 ppm.During the inspection, management replaced the QUAT sanitizer, and it measured a concentration of 400 ppm.
   • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
     • The dishwasher bleach sanitizer is noted at 0ppm. Please ensure the bleach sanitizer in the dishwasher is at a minimum concentration of 100 ppm.During the inspection, the manager repaired the dishwasher, and the concentration of the bleach sanitizer is noted at 200 ppm
