      • The dishwasher is leaking from the right side of the door.Ensure all dishwashers are maintained in good repair and free of leaks.In the meantime, use:- single-use disposable customer utensil and dishware until the dishwasher is repaired.The two-compartment sink method: Compartment 1:- Wash dishes in hot, soapy water.- Rinse thoroughly to remove detergent and debris.Compartment 2:- Submerge dishes fully in a food‑safe sanitizer solution for two minutes.Air dry:- Place sanitized dishes on a clean surface or rack to air dry.- Do not towel dry.

      • The following areas require some minor cleaning:In the catering room:-The drawer with the cleaning cloths -The stand-up fridge. -Parts of the floors. Ensure all areas are maintained in a clean and sanitary condition.
