      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer solution measured approximately 50 ppm QUATS from the dispenser and in spray bottles.
      • Corrective Action(s): Discussed with kitchen manager to manually mix QUATS sanitizer solution until the dispenser is repaired.
      • Obtain test strips to test sanitizer solution on a daily basis.
