      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed one full tray of baked potato and cheese filled pastries. Staff informed these were homemade.
      • Corrective Action(s): Food handling procedures have not been submitted for review. The premises is a food store only and is not permitted for food handling or dispensing of potentially hazardous foods.
      • Staff removed the tray from the front and into the back cooler. Discussed the following:
      • > Any potentially hazardous foods sold on premises must be made in a commercially permitted kitchen. Home kitchens are not acceptable.
      • > As a food store, potentially hazardous foods must be pre-packaged and labelled to indicate the place of production.
      • > To sell and dispense non-prepackaged foods, the facility must be permitted as a food service establishment.
