      • Sanitizer (chlorine) solution was at 50ppm.New sanitizer solution was prepared, and a 100ppm chlorine was achieved.Ensure that sanitizer is at 100ppm chlorine for effective sanitization.

      • Used (wet) wiping cloth was noted on food prep counter.Ensure that used wiping cloths are returned to the sanitizer solution after each use to prevent cross contamination.This was corrected during the inspection.

      • A jacket was stored next to a food item (sugar) and on top of a gallon container of oil.Ensure that personal items are stored separately from food and food-contact items at all times to prevent potential contamination. Designate an area for personal belongings away from food storage and preparation areas.This was corrected during the inspection.

      • The popcorn machine door is damaged and held together with duct tape. Discussed with operators that a new door is on order. In the meantime, ensure a cleanable or single use disposable food grade material is used to cover the door so food product does not touch the duct tape/uncleanable material (i.e. aluminum foil)
