- The bleach sanitizer was too strong and bleached out the test strip. A new sanitizer solution was prepared immediately measuring 100ppm chlorine. Ensure the sanitizer concentration is between 100-200ppm chlorine.

- Pest monitoring records were last completed in April 2024. Ensure monthly pest monitoring and records are completely and are easily accessible upon request.
