    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • Chlorine bleach test strips were expired: March 2026. The concentration of bleach in the sanitizer spray bottle was tested using the public health inspector's test strips and measured at 200ppm. Non-expired test strips were obtained during the inspection. Ensure that non-expired sanitizer specific test strips are available to use to monitor and verify the minimum sanitizing concentration.
    • 21. Is refuse being managed in a suitable manner?
      • The unit was observed with a grey water container (blue boy) for the wastewater holding. Operator indicated that the sewage water would be discarded onto the grass at the end of each night. Operator was instructed to find an appropriate wastewater disposal site. Operator indicated that they would use an RV dumping site to dispose the wastewater. Ensure that disposal of wastewater during a special event be conducted in a sanitary manner and not dumped onto the ground surface.

      • 8/15. The bleach sanitizer solution was mixed with soap. Soap must not be mixed with bleach solution as it can lower effectiveness of the bleach. The soap and bleach solution was discarded. Fresh solution of bleach and water only was prepared at the time of the inspection.
    • 08. Do food handlers ensure that food is protected from contamination (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • 8/15. There was a container of straws stored underneath the paper towel holder. Store straws in a location away from the paper towel dispenser to prevent contamination via wet hands. Straws were moved at the time of the inspection.
