- Paper cups were observed stored in the popcorn kernel and powdered cotton candy storage containers. The paper cups in the powered cotton candy storage container were observed ripped up and deteriorating. Operator removed the paper cups and replaced it with scoops with handles. Ensure that food items are protected from cross contamination by using scoop utensils with a handle and stored with the handle not in contact with the food items.

- The unit was observed with a grey water container (blue boy) for the wastewater holding. Operator indicated that the sewage water would be discarded onto the grass at the end of each night. Operator was instructed to find an appropriate wastewater disposal site. Operator indicated that they would use an RV dumping site to dispose the wastewater. Ensure that disposal of wastewater during a special event be conducted in a sanitary manner and not dumped onto the ground surface.
