- Expired surface sanitizer to be removed and replenished. Expired hand sanitizing wipes were also removed for disposal during inspection.
- 33(1) - OPERATOR FAILING TO CONTROL TEMPERATURE OF FOOD SO FOOD DOES NOT DETERIORATE OR BECOME INEDIBLE OR UNSAFE.
- Domestic fridge requires slight temperature adjustment so foods held <= 4C / 40F. Unit was adjusted during inspection and operator will manage issue and keep daily temperature logs when in operation.
