      • In the Dinos room, a garbage bag with dirty diapers was stored on floor in the washroom making it easily accessible to kids.- Ensure to store dirty diapers in a manner that children have no access.

      • The wall with the welcome board in rainbow room has paint chipping off. - Ensure to repaint the wall.
    • 10. Is a properly supplied first aid kit provided and readily available?
      • In the twinkling stars room an expired antiseptic wipe was found.- Ensure to check your first aid kids regularly for expiry dates.
    • 12. Is refuse being managed in a suitable manner?
      • In the Dinos room a garbage can without lid was observed with dirty gloves, the garbage can was easily accessible to kids. -Ensure to have containers with lids so that children have no access to waste.
    • 20. Are indoor play areas and equipment sufficient and being properly maintained to ensure client safety (Non-Critical)?
      • Kitchen play set in flames room and rainbow room, had dust and debris accumulated. - Ensure to clean the play equipment at regular intervals.

      • 1) In the Dinos room a potty-training seat was stored on the floor near the toilet seat. -Ensure potty training seats are stored properly secured.2) Water bottles in the bright babies room were stored near the handwashing sink.- Ensure to store water bottles away from contamination.

      • 1. Infant room and toddler room diapering tables were visibly dirty with debris. Clean and disinfect diapering tables and pads after every use. 2. Infant room diapering table safety belt is not accessible. Provide a safety belt that can be used.
