- 19(2)(a) - INADEQUATE SUPPLY OF HOT WATER.
A food establishment must provide all of the following in accordance with applicable legislation or as considered acceptable by the Administrator:
(a) a supply of potable hot and cold water at adequate pressure and volume with the appropriate facilities to store and distribute the water and to control the water temperature;
- Provide adequate pressure and volume of hot water to pot sinks.
- 29(2)(a) - INADEQUATE MAINTENANCE, CLEANING & SANITATION PROGRAM.
- Paint walls in washroom and storage areas so easily washable. Improve lighting to be > = 540 Lux throughout. Install exhaust canopy over stove & exhaust duct to outside. Make walls behind sinks waterproof durable and easily cleanable construction. Perform cleaning of space. Shelving to be made impervious smooth durable & easily cleaned.
