      • Written procedures for personal services were not available at the time of inspection. Templates were provided to the operator.Completed written procedures were completed on June 19, 2025.
    • 08. Is hand hygiene performed by the personal services worker when required, in a proper manner and are provisions available to perform hand hygiene?
      • A paper towel dispenser was not available in the washroom.Store handwashing supplies in suitable dispensers.
    • 10. Is cleansing and antisepsis of skin and mucous membrane performed in accordance to written procedures and are suitable products being used?
      • Antiseptic wipes expired in November 2024. Expired antiseptic wipes were discarded during the inspection. The facility had antiseptic wipes that expire in year 2027.
    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • Diversey One Step Surface Cleaner and Disinfectant expired in 1/26/2023.Discard the expired cleaner and disinfectant and replace with a new one.
    • 21. Is equipment that is intended to be sterile maintained sterile at the point of use?
      • There were no expiry dates for some single use needles.These needles were properly disposed during the inspection.Ensure that single use, per- sterilized instruments have sterility assurance listed below.- lot number- manufacturer's name and contact information- method of sterilization- expiry date and/ or sterilization date- a sterile claimMaintain sterility assurance with each client record.
