     • Trays of pakora were found sitting directly on customer facing table at front of tent without a sneeze guard or other protection from customer contamination. Action TakenTrays were moved back on table to provide space between food and attendees. Food throughout day must be handed directly to attendees from back of the tables and cannot be set out in front due to lack of sneeze guards to prevent contamination.
