- Intermediate food handling is occurring, and the facility only has a two-compartment sink for handwashing and dishwashing.Please ensure to do one of the following:-Install an extra handwashing sink. -Replace the two-compartment sink with a three-compartment sink.-Use the existing dishwasher and have a separate sanitizing step. For sanitizing; place in a food safe sanitizer for 2 minutes and air dry, or spray with a sanitizer and air dry.-Install a commercial dishwasher. -Reduce the menu to minimal food handling and single-use disposable utensils only.The menu was discussed with the Director and items requiring intermediate food handling were removed. Facility will be using single-use disposable dishware.
