      • Corrective Action(s): Fresh Chlorine solution was made registered at 100ppm. Reminder mix 1/2 teaspoon of unscented bleach with 1 litre of water.

      • Note: Operator stated that cleaning is scheduled for this week.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Large "pop" cooler with glass door air temperature is at 8-10 C and food temperature is at about 6.5-7C. Temperature records from yesterday show below 4 C. There is frost build up at the back which may be affecting temperature. A small volume of higher risk foods is stored in this cooler.
      • Corrective Action(s): All higher risk (potentially hazardous) foods are to be stored at 4 C/ 40 F or colder. Move eggs, milk, cream, cheese, yogurt (and any other potentially hazardous foods) to alternate coolers and only use this cooler to store lower risk foods (unprocessed fruit, ketchup, pickles, pop etc.) unless it can keep a temperature of 4 C or colder.
