      • Corrective Action(s): (1) Eggs moved to bottom shelf during the inspection to prevent cross-contamination and kombucha cases were stored onto shelves during inspection.
      • (2) Relocate cleaning equipment away from the food prep sink. Do not store these items in any food prep/food storage areas to prevent food contamination.
