- - Quats sanitizer concentration in spray bottles used in the front service area, dining area, and back food preparation areas ~100ppm.
- - Chemical dispensing station dispensing quats at ~100-150ppm.
- Corrective Action(s): Ensure during operation a 100ppm chlorine or 200ppm quats sanitizer solution is available for sanitizing food contact surfaces. Until the chemical dispensing station is serviced premise to use 100ppm bleach by diluting 1 oz of regular unscented bleach to 1 gallon of water.
