- Observation(s): Although a new water tank has been installed as agreed, the tank was installed in front of the hand sink and 3-compartment warewashing sinks in too close proximity and is impeding ease of use of the hand sink. As discussed, please reorient equipment and relocate the fresh water tank to provide a minimum of 18" space in front of the hand sink and 3-compartment warewashing sinks.
