      • Observation(s): INFRACTION DE REMPLACEMENT: Mesures correctives: • Acheter de nouvelles bandes de test de désinfectant, en s'assurant qu'elles sont dans la meilleure date avant.

      • Observation(s): • INFRACTION DE REMPLACEMENT: On a mesuré le désinfectant «Ostro San» à une concentration de 500 ppm QUAT. Cette concentration est trop élevée et peut entraîner une contamination chimique des aliments. INSPECTION CORRECTE: • La solution a été diluée à 200 ppm. Assurez-vous qu'il y a une tasse de mesure marquée pour le personnel afin de produire la concentration correcte de la solution d'assainissement chimique. Des bandes d'essai sont nécessaires pour assurer une concentration adéquate. Note: Un lave-vaisselle mécanique à haute température a atteint 71°C sur la surface de la plaque dans le cycle de rinçage final.
      • La solution d'assainissement F2.3D doit être disponible et maintenue aux niveaux appropriés pour une action d'assainissement adéquate.

Ces conditions peuvent favoriser la croissance de bactéries qui peuvent contaminer la glace. • (2) Graisse accumulée sur les panneaux de ventilation. Actions correctives: • (1) Nettoyer et désinfecter l'intérieur de la machine à glace de façon régulière. • (2) Dégraisser les panneaux de ventilation régulièrement.
      • F2.5A Tous les équipements, ustensiles et surfaces de contact avec les aliments utilisés dans les locaux doivent être maintenus en bon état de fonctionnement pour assurer la manipulation sanitaire des aliments.

    Really great place to visit! We came when staying near Kamloops and it’s such an ideal place to stop for animal lovers. We probably spent 2-3 hours here, there’s certainly plenty to see. It was interesting to view animals I’ve never seen before and likely won’t encounter in the wild. It was reassuring to know that these animals couldn’t live in the wild for a number of reasons rather than being trapped here for human entertainment. The boards were detailed and interesting to read. Most of the animals were active, we visited around midday. The only animal we missed were the cougars! I imagine they’re quite elusive. We particularly loved the raccoons, having never seen them before in person. One was sat on a little bench and the others were lazing about. I thought they were very cute. There’s plenty of variety, I highly recommend visiting if you’re in the area! Reasonable pricing too. The gift shop is large as well, there’s something for everyone!

    It's a great place. Doing God's work helping these amazing creature beings. They are such precious creatures. It's an honor to help and see them. To share with our children. Really a nice property it's well taken care of and the people working there love what they do. There's lots to see. The train is cool. Good gift shop. Average prices on cool stuff. A good couple hours can be spent easily here. Absolutely love this place.

    Very fun. We didnt get to see some of the animals as they didn't want to come out. But they are wild animals so you get what you get. The Waterpark is under renovations but lookes to be a big area when it opens. The train was my favorite part. For only $1 each is an amazing price however it is cash only. And as for the price to get into the park for a family of 5 we payed around $100 I feel that is a fair price.

    My daughter and I had a great time learning about all the animals at the BC Wildlife Park. It's truly surreal to actually see all the animals in person especially if you don't have an opportunity to see them in the wild. Well worth it to visit. A great way to spend the day!

    My partner and I visited the park for the first time last week and had an absolute blast! They have such a wide range to animals they have rescued and you can read all of their stories along the way. But our visit went from awesome to totally out of this world when we met Danielle, one of the staff members there. We had a lovely conversation about the animals and she answered all of our questions with enthusiasm, we could tell she loves her job! Thanks to her and perfect timing we were able to see the grizzlies up close and even got to see Danielle feed them! We also thought the price was really great, we spent almost 4 hours walking around- money well spent for sure! Thank you so much for making our experience unforgettable Danielle, you’re a gem! ♥️

    The park was a convenient stop for our drive North but we really enjoyed it. Highlight was seeing Clover the Spirit Bear and Grizzlies in the pool. Excellent shop. A lot of plans to add to the attraction are in hand which will appeal even more to kids.

    I had an amazing experience at BC Wildlife Park! The variety of animals is incredible — from cougars, burrowing owls, golden eagles, rattlesnakes, and several species of bears, to many more fascinating creatures. Every exhibit felt engaging and educational. The staff were exceptionally friendly and eager to share information about the animals, which made the visit even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this park as a perfect one-day trip for families, students, or anyone who loves wildlife. I’ve also added a photo of the park map, where you can see the wide range of species they care for. What stood out most to me was their mission: they provide a safe home for animals that are injured or not fully functional. For example, I saw a bobcat with three working legs and a bird with only one eye. The park gives these animals a chance to live safely, and when they are healthy enough to survive in the wild, they are released back into their natural habitat. Their conservation efforts are inspiring. The burrowing owl breeding program is a great example — according to their education team, BC Wildlife Park hosts one of the largest breeding sites, helping prevent extinction and ensuring future generations can enjoy these species. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended!
