CHEST FREEZER AND TOPPING COOLER WERE NOT TURNED ON AT THE TIME OF THE INSPECTION. MUST TURN ON ALL COOLERS AND FREEZERS AND MAINTAIN COOLERS BELOW 40F AND FREEZERS BELOW 0F.
