- Back door left open with no bug screen to prevent entry.
- If leaving door open, a screen is needed. Comments Hand sink stocked with soap and paper towel. Hot and cold running water available. 200 ppm quat sanitizer available. Dishwasher tested at 75°C at plate level. Coolers, freezers and hot holding are all in temperature compliance. The temperature logs are well maintained. Some extra cleaning in hard to reach areas like the floor of dish area and top of dishwasher is needed. Please use cleaning schedule to not forget. Please send EHO last pest control report.
