- Two compartment sink had dish detergent but no sanitizer.Three step dishwashing method was reviewed with staff. Please ensure all staff follow the wash, rinse, sanitize steps.Mechanical dishwasher was equipped with detergent and a max temperature of 77C

- Chlorine test strips expired in June 2025 and appeared unused. Please obtain and encourage staff use them to verify concentrations.

- The two compartment sink had hand soap. Operator was instructor to obtain paper towels. Hand sink needs to be fully supplied with soap and paper towels.

- Permit was taped to the cooler in the kitchen. Relocate the permit to the front, it needs to be visible to the public.
