- Some minor cleaning is required in the following areas: -Sink in bathroom.-Mirror in bathroom.-Two-compartment sink.Clean indicated areas and ensure all areas are kept in a clean and sanitary condtion.

- 1. A doorknob is missing from the bathroom door. 1. Ensure all doors have doorknobs. 2. A couple of switch/outlet covers are missing:-in the hallway to the bathroom.-in the tattooing area. 2. Install the outlet covers as per Alberta Safety Codes requirements. 3. The handrailing is incomplete on outdoor stairs.3. Ensure to install handrailing as per Alberta Safety Codes requirements. 4. One of the chairs used for services has a tear.4. Ensure all chairs are smooth, durable, impervious to moisture, and easily cleanable.Plans are in place to repair all indicated areas.
