- No sanitizer bucket was available for cleaning cloth storage. A new solution measuring 100ppm chlorine was prepared immediately and all cleaning cloths were stored in the sanitizer.

- Non food grade bags were used to cover pizza dough in the walk-in cooler. All the bags were removed and discarded. Ensure food grade bags or covers are used for any food related items.

- The exhaust system appears to have been due for cleaning on February 2025. Contact a service professional and schedule a cleaning.
