      • Rope was missing on the lifebuoy/life ring required for effective use of the lifebuoy in emergencies, and the operator corrected this by supplying and attaching the rope at the time of inspection.

    • 09. Is the pool premises maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
      • It was observed that concrete floor, near the entrance door to pool deck was in disrepair. Discussed the repair options and timeline with facility operator. Facility operator informed PHI that it is covered by warranty, repairs are proposed to be completed in one week.
    • 09. Is the pool premises maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
      • It was observed that paper towel was missing in the one of washrooms. It was corrected during the inspection.
    • 11. Does the pool premises have adequate written policies, plans and posted rules and safety information to ensure that the pool is operating in a safe manner?
      • The signage showing"Protective and water resistant swimwears are required for those who may be in consistent " was not posted.This violation was corrected during inspection.

      • The following statements are required to be posted on the pool signage and/or washroom area: - anyone who is or may be incontinent should wear protective, water-resistant swimwear- patrons must wash their hands using soap after using the washroom or changing diapers

      • Ensure that all the buoyant throwing rings have a rope attached that is at least half the width of the pool. The 3 buoyant throwing rings will be redistributed throughout the pool area as needed.
    • 09. Is the pool premises maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
      • Ensure the outdoor shower on the pool deck is functional and provides water at a temperature of 35C - 45C.Ensure there is a liquid soap dispenser at the outdoor shower on the pool deck for patrons to take a cleansing shower.

      • Ensure the written policies & plans binder contains all the necessary information including the water quality incident response plans.
