      • Facility is not permitted to handle open foods without hot water available in the facility. Food prepared was discarded (13 taquitos and 15 hotdogs). Do not prepare food until hot water is available.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • No paper towel at the handwashing sink in the retail area and in the staff bathroom.
    • 14. Does the facility have an adequate supply of potable hot and cold running water and is the water sampled at required intervals?
      • No hot water available at any of the sinks in the facility. Hot water temp ranged from 15-19C. Ensure sinks have hot and cold running water at all times. Please investigate as the lack of hot water appears to be an ongoing issue (noted during the last inspection as well). Hot water must be able to reach a minimum temp of 45C for both handwashing and dishwashing (tongs).
