      • Storage room shelving observed staff mitten, water bottle, clothing items store along restaurant surplus supplies of pans, clean cloths etc. Please dedicate bottom shelf for staff belongings.Observed a medicine bottle on tray next to glass shaker jar and container with small metal bowls with spices.

      • Staff washroom - lacking hand soap. Please ensure all handwashing sinks are equipped with running hot/cold water, soap and paper towels at all times.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • Back screen door - mesh layer need to be repaired. A tear noted on the bottom of the door.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • Dish pit area - additional cleaning for surrounding wall surfaces, drying racks and flooring underneath dishwasher.
