The spray bottle was unlabeled; the liquid was soapy and 0ppm bleach. Director was then advised to empty, clean out the bottle and re fill with 100ppm bleach solution as demonstrated in the kitchen earlier. The staff member used EHOs test strips as there were none available in the facility.Part of opening routine must be filling up the surface disinfectants fresh, ensuring they are labelled and that staff have all materials needed to complete routine tasks.
