      • The cribs had 4+ mattresses stacked within. As per staff this was done to make it easier to remove the baby. The crib must be used as per the product instructions and warnings. A mattress in a crib must not be more than 15cm high.Correct this and update this office

      • Diaper change pad in toddler area was tornThe pad was belted but not attached to the surface. Please attach a belt to the table surface that goes up and over to secure the child in place
