      • Observation: 1. Some bulk bins do not have proper scoops and utensils to scoop food. The spoons or spatula is too small and sinks into the food and contaminate hands while scooping.

      • Observation: 1. Paper towel dispenser near ice machine is out of order.
      • 2. Caulking located in dishwashing area along sink backsplash-to-wall junction is coming off. What appears to be mould/mildew was observed around and under the caulking.
      • Corrective Action(s): 1. Have paper towel dispenser serviced so that it is working properly or have a new dispenser installed. If paper towels are not stored in a dispenser, the paper towel roll may become contaminated or get misplaced. Date to be corrected by: April 3, 2018.
      • 2. Have caulking re-finished to provide a surface that is smooth, non-absorbent, and easy to clean. Clean and sanitize areas where mould/mildew-like substance is located. Date to be corrected by: April 3, 2018.
