      • Observation: 1) Hand wash station near the entrance of deli was slow to drain.
      • 2) Garbage bin lid was broken, unable to lift properly when stepping on the opening pedal.
      • Corrective Action(s): 1) Ensure to repair or replace any parts so that hand wash station drains at appropriate speed prior to becoming inoperable.
      • 2) Repair or replace garbage bin so that garbage can be easily placed in bin

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer bucket had reading of 0ppm chlorine. Operator changed solution during inspection to have a reading of 200ppm chlorine. Operator provided with chlorine test strips to check ppm on their own.
      • Corrective Action(s): 200ppm Chlorine bleach should be available at all times during operation.
