      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Eggs by the dozen stored at room temperature under the preparation table behind the display cooler unit. Eggs are obtained directly from the farm and has proper labelling. Operator indicated eggs were kept here since yesterday.
      • Corrective Action(s): All eggs are considered potentially hazardous food due to potential presence of Salmonella. All sale of eggs obtained from the farm must be kept refridgerated at <4C. Operator is to stop the sale of eggs and to remove them from the shelf. Operator removed the eggs from sale.
