    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • OSC room: remove fabric storage bench and fabric chairs as they can't be properly cleaned and disinfected. Owner indicated new chairs have been ordered.
    • 27. Are proper measures being taken to ensure that vermin do not enter or exist in the facility (Non-Critical)?
      • Dead cockroach observed in preschool room near sink. Please clean up and seal holes/gaps around the plumbing lines (after discussing with pest control).Recommend placing sticky traps under all sink cabinets, or requesting pest control to lay out sticky traps.

      • Preschool room: bingo markers were observed that do not have the AP (Approved Product) symbol or that state they are non-toxic. The bingo markers were removed.
    • 17. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Critical)?
      • Baby room: a separate disinfectant bottle is required for diapering.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • Baby room: duct tape is used on a shelf and on a corner where the handsink is. Duct tape is not cleanable and needs to be removed. Sink corner needs to be repaired or needs a corner protector.OSC room: remove fabric storage bench and fabric chairs as they can't be properly cleaned and disinfected.

      • Multiple dead cockroaches observed under the preschool room handwashing sink cabinet. Please clean up and seal holes/gaps around the plumbing lines.Recommend placing sticky traps under all sink cabinets, or requesting pest control to lay out sticky traps.
