      • 1. Toddler Room: The cubbies are unsecured on one end and remain movable. Please ensure the left side is properly secured.2. Baby Room: One of the electrical outlet covers is damaged and temporarily taped. Please repair.

      • Bleach disinfectant in all classrooms and diapering areas measured 0 ppm.- The operator made a 100 ppm of chlorine-based disinfectant using bleach and replaced the solution in all the spray bottles during the inspection. - Ensure to regularly monitor the concentration of the disinfectant using chlorine test strips.
