      • *Baseboard was fixed in the preschool washroom, however raw wood was visible behind the toilet seat, making it absorbent area.*Please repair/ refinish the baseboard.

      • - Baby Room: Two of the electrical outlets covers were missing by the library side.*Install safety covers.

      • 1. Preschool Washroom: Baseboard was not attached to the wall behind the washroom. *Please repair.2. Preschool Room:- The top edges of the toy cabinets and the tables are chipped and rough. Please smooth or repair them.

      • Used mouth toys in the baby room were stored in a basket along with stationery and other supplies.*Staff removed the non-toy items from the basket and were instructed to clean and disinfect the toys before returning them to use.

      • Bleach disinfectant in all classrooms and diapering areas measured 0 ppm.- The operator made a 100 ppm of chlorine-based disinfectant using bleach and replaced the solution in all the spray bottles during the inspection. - Ensure to regularly monitor the concentration of the disinfectant using chlorine test strips.
