- March 31, 2026 - Violation was still outstanding. The staff washroom was not equipped with soap or paper towel.ACTION REQUIRED:Equip the staff washroom with soap & paper towel.

- 1. Mouse droppings were observed in the following areas:-On the shelving where the chips were stored/displayed-On the floor in the southeast corner of the store next to the small coke-a-cola cooler-On the floor in the northeast corner of the store under the shelving used to store the coffee & juice machines2. A bag of chips had a hole that appeared to have been chewed by a mouse - discarded at the time of inspection. Operator stated all the chips would be discarded. 3. Dead insects, beetles, flies, moths were observed on shelves and in the corners of the store. 4. The a/c vent on the exterior of the building was open (not screened in) & there was a gap on the base of the side exit door. 5. The facility did not have an integrated pest management program in place. ACTION REQUIRED:-Conduct a deep thorough clean of the facility - remove all droppings and monitor for harborage & entry sites.-Install a screen over the a/c vent & ensure all doorways are tightly sealed-Hire a pest control company to complete an initial assessment of the facility and help strategically place traps - keep the service report available for review

- 2025-03-06Improvement in general sanitation & organization observed. The configuration of the shelving had been changed & cleaning completed. Operator is still working on removing unused equipment (coffee machine in the washroom)._______________________2025-01-22The facility was cluttered and disorganized, especially along the wall and back areas. Operator was storing several pieces of broken equipment such as ice cream machines, a juice machine, coffee machines, & a broken reach-in ice cream freezer. Broken equipment was both in the front retail area & the back storage area. Dirt, debris, & mouse droppings were observed under and around equipment/shelving.ACTION REQUIRED: conduct a deep, thorough clean of the entire facility.
