- 2025-09-03Staff were unable to provide pest control information at the time of inspection. A mouse dropping and a dead moth were observed on the window ledge along the front of the store (behind the ice cream freezers, south wall). ACTION REQUIRED: ensure the facility has a pest monitoring program. Keep records available for review. The facility was not operating in accordance with the permit restrictions: 3 tubs of open candies were stored at the cashier counter. Observed a customer requesting to purchase open candies & staff started to dispense the candy in a small bag. CDI: the three tubs of open candies were discarded. ACTION REQUIRED: discontinue handling open foods.
