      • Soap dispenser at the handwashing station was empty. Operator refilled soap in dispenser during inspection.- Ensure hand sinks are supplied with soap, paper towels, hot and cold water supply at all times.

      • Chlorine surface sanitizer solution was measured too strong >200ppm.- Ensure chlorine sanitizer solution concentration is 100ppm (1/2 teaspoon of bleach to 1 litre of water). - Manager remade solution and tested at 100ppm.

    • 07. Do food handlers ensure that food is protected from contamination (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • Baked bagels were displayed above the glass display coolers; some food was cooling, however, the food was not protected from contamination. (Still occurring**)
    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • Foods stored in the display cooler measured 7-11Celsius. The cooler was filled with water and ice.--thermostat was adjusted during inspection.
