      • Chlorine test strips available at the facility were expired.- Acquire valid test strips.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Back kitchen did not have a dedicated handwashing sink.- Install splash guard and dedicate the right basin in the 3-comp sink for hand washing.

      • Update January 24, 2025:- Red duct tape is still present. Please repair and remove the tape as it is not easily cleanable. Update June 27, 2024:- Red duct tape still present. Repair or resurface the freezer lid and ensure the surface is smooth, non-absorbent, and easily cleanable.1) On the edge of the chest freezer, by the handle, had 2 strips of red duct tape that was greasy to the touch. -Ensure all surfaces are smooth, non-porous, and easily cleanable. Duct tape is not an appropriate surface.
