- 1. Garbage bin was placed in front of the handwashing sink in the back area. Operator relocated the bin during inspection.- Ensure hand sinks are kept unobstructed for easy access to handwashing at all times.2. Soap dispenser at the back hand sink was empty. Operator refilled soap during inspection. - Operator is to ensure all hand wash sinks are fully stocked at all times with soap, paper towels, hot and cold-running water supply.

- 1. Light fixture above the meat cutting table area was not covered.- Ensure lights used in the facility are shatterproof or have covers over them.2. Caulking was discolored and deteriorating in the areas including but not limited to around 3-comp dishwashing sinks, on the mop sink, and the wall–floor junction near the dishwashing and bandsaw area.- Operator is to remove and replace the damaged caulking and ensure all surfaces are maintained smooth, impervious to moisture, and easily cleanable.3. Baseboard tiles on the wall near the walk-in cooler entrance were damaged.- Please repair.4. Faucet at the front hand sink was not securely attached, coming off easily when turned on.- Please repair.
