- A ready-to-use surface (chlorine) sanitizer initially prepared was tested at 0 ppm. Operator prepared chlorine sanitizer during inspection and concentration was tested at 100 ppm.- As discussed, ensure that sanitizer concentration is periodically checked using the available test strips.

- Food containers in the standing cooler were not covered.- Cover all foods to prevent contamination.

- No surface sanitizer solution at time of inspection. Operator remade chlorine solution and was too strong. - Ensure surface sanitizer solution is tested at 100ppm (1/2 teaspoon + 1 litre of water) and monitored and readily available during operational hours.- Operator remade solution and tested 100ppm.

- Paper towel dispenser above hand wash sink does not accommodate paper towel roll used in the facility.- Acquire the correct dispenser for the paper towels.

- Update September 12, 2024:- Area of concern was covered over by taping a pictogram over it. Remove the pictogram and refinish the unfinished wall and ensure it is smooth, non-absorbent, and easily cleanable.There was paint peeling on the wall above the line cooler.

- Square piece of drywall was cut out from the wall above the drying rack.- Refinish the wall and ensure the surface is smooth, non-absorbent, and easily cleanable.
