      • Prepared dough was stored directly on the floor. -The operator moved the dough from the floor to shelf. Ensure all food is stored at least 6 inches above the floor.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • Mice droppings were observed under the oven. - Clean the mouse droppings, keep checking the area regularly and inform the market manager if issue persists.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • 1) The bottom shelf of the freezer had food debris build up. 2) Vent canopy had dust build up. - Clean the aforementioned areas.
