     • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
     • Dishes are not being sanitized with bleach when cleaning. Dishes require to be sanitized after washing with hot water and soap, to kill germs. Bleach is present.
     • Corrective Action(s):
     • Sanitize all dishes and utensils with a bleach and hot water solution (add 1 tbsp. bleach to 4L of hot water). Explained the steps with the operator during the inspection.
