      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): -Banana bread on site that is being baked at home. Operator is mixing ingredients in commercial kitchen and taking them home to bake. Please note that all foods served in a food premises must be made 100% at an "approved" facility. Even though it is a low risk food item/process to bake it at home, no food preparation can occur at a home kitchen.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure all foods are made 100% in your kitchen, or purchased from an approved facility. Operator agreed to remove the banana bread from sale and take home.
