      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two bottles of Lysol observed stored in the kitchen. Operator stated that the Lysol is used to disinfect food contact surfaces.
      • Corrective Action(s): DO NOT use lysol on food contact surfaces as it is NOT an approved food grade sanitizer. Use only approved food grade sanitizers which are approved for use on food contact surfaces (e.g. bleach, iodine or QUATs sanitizer). Prepare bleach sanitizer in labelled spray bottles at 100-200 ppm by mixing 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of bleach with 1L of water or as per approved sanitation plan.
