- Milk based beverage- Rooh afza, had been made in a large black plastic garbage bin. Garbage containers are not food safe, containing chemicals designed to suppress odor. Action Taken- Operator requested to discard beverage and find alternate food safe container to make future batches of beverage. Reinspection - Later in Day. Beverage had been discarded and was now being prepared in food grade stainless steel pots.

- Operator had bleach water spray bottle, but could not locate bleach concentrate or test strips. Action taken- Will resinspect. Reinspection - Test strips and bleach concentrate had been located.
