      • Paper towel dispensers in the kitchen and washroom sink were empty. Paper towel rolls were placed near the handwashing stations. Ensure dispensers are stocked with paper towels.**OUTSTANDING (2025-11-14). The paper towel dispensers were still noted as empty.

      • A food handler was observed picking up food that had fallen onto the floor and immediately resumed working without washing their hands.- Staff must wash hands before and after handling food or touching non-food contact surfaces.

      • *Ongoing Violation*No one in care and control of the facility has taken the required food safe certification course. Action Taken /Required:Facility does not yet have full time manager. Facility's owner/director Imamuddin Farzi will take course. Course list was provided. Please send proof of registration by Thursday , February 27 at 3pm. Course must be completed by Wednesday April 2. Because Imamuddin owns another location, he will require another onsite full time staff member to take course once that person is hired.**September 3, 2025: Staff onsite did not possess valid food safety training certification. Ensure a recognized food safety training course is completed (list will be emailed.)
