- 1) Exterior of flavoured syrup containers were heavily contaminated with syrup and were stored on the floor. Please clean and store foods at least 6 inches off the floor and in a sanitary manner.2) Bottled water and open containers of chemicals were stored in the truck cabin/driver area. Store foods in a sanitary area in the food area.
- 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
- 1) The hand wash sink was obstructed by stacked milk crates of water (corrected). Hand washing stations must always be easily accessible - do not obstruct.2) The paper towel dispenser was located too far away from the hand wash sink. Please install separate paper towel dispenser that is easily accessible at hand sink.

- There was no sanitizer solution prepared during their operations. Please ensure that there is a sanitizer solution readily available at all times during operations.
- 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
- The handwashing station did not have hot and cold water. Please ensure that the handwashing station is equipped and supplied with hot and cold water. The inspector informed the operator that the fresh water tank must be filled up and the wastewater tank be empty prior to each operation and prior to leaving the base of operation.

- The paper towel roll was not placed in a functional paper towel dispenser. Please ensure to store all paper towel rolls in suitable dispensers to protect it from being contaminated.
- 14. Does the mobile food vendor have an adequate supply of potable hot and cold running water and is the water sampled at required intervals?
- The water supply was not being tested for bacteriological water analysis prior to starting their operations for the season.**NOTE (2024-05-14). A satisfactory water sample test result was received by the inspector. Please ensure to have a plan in place to submit water samples for bacteriological water analysis prior to the start of the operating season.
