      • The small cooler close to the front serving window for the storage of dairy products were kept at 7C during inspection. Discussed with the on site staff during inspection, this cooler should be closely monitored, if the temperature cannot be maintained at 4C or below, all the high risk foods must be transferred to another cooling unit which was working properly. Necessary repairs might be needed to the small cooler. Ensure that high risk foods be kept refrigerated at 4C or below at all times.
