One staff was required to obtain the QUAT sanitizing solution from the dispenser again. 200ppm QUAT residual was obtained later. Ensure that the concentration of sanitizing solution be checked on a regular basis. The facility manager advised that a spray bottle will be used from now on to store sanitizing solution.
